Proactive support and care from conception to delivery
Karen is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist, specialising in fertility, IVF, operative gynaecology and obstetrics. She provides comprehensive and continuous patient care from fertility treatment and pregnancy management through to birth.
She graduated with honours from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She completed her specialist training at the Royal Women's and the Mercy Hospitals in Melbourne and obtained a further postgraduate qualification with a Masters of Reproductive Medicine.
Karen has supported many women with a wide range of gynaecological and fertility-related issues. As well as seeing patients with Melbourne IVF, she is a consultant with the Reproductive Endocrinology and Obstetric Units at The Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne.
She understands the importance of being proactive in determining the causes of infertility and commencing treatment in a timely fashion. She endeavours to see all new fertility referrals as promptly as possible.
