Managing your treatment schedule around your needs


Our Patient Liaison Administration team is here to help you understand the administrative processes needed to start your treatment, explain treatment costs, and ensure the process is as simple and as straightforward as possible for you.   

The team schedules your appointments with the counselling and nursing teams, and forms the link between you and our fertility specialists, administration, accounts and nursing departments. They will provide you with up-to-date information on fees, and can answer any general enquiries you have.

Melanie Nolan is the manager of the Patient Liaison Administration Team. She has worked in the health sector for the last eight years, managing staff and working closely with patients – a role she thoroughly enjoys as she gets to know them all individually.

Patient Liaison Coordinator - Your Feedback to Improve Our Care


An important part of ensuring your experience at Melbourne IVF is as professional, caring and supportive as possible, we encourage you to give us your feedback, at any stage of your treatment journey.  In the first instance, please don’t hesitate to discuss any concerns that you have, no matter how big or small, with any member of the Melbourne IVF team caring for you. In most cases, matters can be resolved immediately. If they are not, and you would like to discuss your concerns further, please contact Emily Thompson, our Patient Liaison Co-ordinator.

If you prefer to provide written feedback, you may wish to complete a Compliments, Concerns and Complaints card available in our clinics.
